1. Cancellation

  • Service Cancellations:
    If you wish to cancel a service subscription or project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation requests received within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the work completed.

  • After 7 days, cancellations may incur fees or be non-refundable.


2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are processed only if services have not been substantially rendered.

  • Custom development, design work, and digital products are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
